The information published is for reference only; opening hours, prices and availability of restaurants, hotels and products depend on each establishment.
4. Recipes
Recipes are published for personal, non-commercial use. Results depend on the ingredients and on the cook, and each person is responsible for taking their own allergies or intolerances into account.
5. Permitted use
Users agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with morality, good practice and public order. Any use that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Site, or prevent its normal use by other users, is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, recipes, photographs, video capsules, audio and voices, the digital book, the design of the Site and the trademarks of the Argentina al Mundo ecosystem, including Guía AD-Gourmet and Chefs Argentinos al Mundo, are protected by law and belong to their owners. They may be quoted with mention of the source; reproducing, distributing, modifying or using them to train artificial intelligence systems requires prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the Site.
